Dim Sum Breakfast: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Sundays only)

Located on the ground floor of New World Saigon Hotel, The Lounge is an elegant bar welcoming you in a relaxed atmosphere and a gentle lighting. Since its opening, The Lounge has been well-known for its extensive drink menu offering a great variety of classic and modern drinks as well as a selection of international wines. Situated on the ground floor of our hotel Parkview is a bustling restaurant known for the best
seafood buffet in town supported by a wide variety of international specialties freshly prepared at our live cooking stations. Enjoy your selections over a glass of wine from Parkview's extensive wine list as you take in the lush green view over the adjacent 23 September Park.

Saigon Bakery is one of Saigon's favorite stops. Located on the ground floor, our popular café is an inviting place to enjoy a cup of excellent coffee or tea or to savor one of the various home-made

Heike is a traditional Japanese restaurant located on the first floor of New World Saigon Hotel. The restaurant, managed by Koji Kondo, proudly serves excellently prepared Japanese delicacies using the finest and freshest ingredients available. The exquisite menu includes a great variety of delicacies such as fresh sushi and sashimi, grilled steaks, Kobe beef and seafood hot pots, all prepared by Japanese master chefs.
